Kayd Books – End User License Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Kayd Books mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Kayd Books grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
3.1 Subscription Plans
Kayd Books offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- Monthly Premium: $4.99 per month
- Yearly Premium: $49.99 per year
3.2 Free Trial
- New users receive a 7-day free trial period
- The trial is available once per user
- Trial automatically starts on first app use
- No payment is required during the trial period
3.3 Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
3.4 Pricing
- Subscription prices are in USD and may vary by region
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
4. Premium Features
Premium subscription includes:
- Unlimited access to all books and audiobooks
- Offline reading and listening
- No advertisements
- Advanced search filters
- Priority customer support
- Exclusive early access to new content
5. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use the App
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per user
6. Content Usage
- All content is licensed, not sold
- Content is for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not copy, distribute, or share content
- Downloaded content is only accessible while subscription is active
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Share your account credentials
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Upload malicious content or code
8. Intellectual Property
- All content and materials are owned by Kayd Books or licensors
- Kayd Books name, logo, and trademarks are protected
- You receive no ownership rights to any content
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon termination, you lose access to premium features
- Downloaded content will no longer be accessible
10. Disclaimers
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Content availability may change without notice
11. Limitation of Liability
- Kayd Books is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid
12. Privacy

13. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these terms at any time
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Material changes will be notified via the App

16. Apple App Store Terms
- These Terms are between you and Kayd Books, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App or content
